Dr Sushil  graduated from Kasturba Medical College Manipal .Subsequent post graduate training was undertaken in University Malaya  as an ear, nose, throat, head and neck surgeon in 2005 with expertise in ENT care for children and adults.

He was was  the Chief of Otorhinolaryngology at Hospital Ampang, Ministry of Health, Malaysia from 2008 till 2014 . During his training in  Otorhinolaryngology (Ear Nose & Throat Surgery), Dr Sushil identified a growing need to provide more specialized care for those people with nose, sinus ,allergy, and skull base conditions. He has developed a special  interest in rhinology and  endoscopic sinus surgery and  he was attached with Prof Peter-John Wormald in the year 2007 for advanced training in Adelaide Australia.

His department at Hospital Ampang has gone on to organize numerous hands on courses and seminars under his stewardship improving the standard of care in the field of Otorhinolaryngology and  has a commitment to the training of junior surgeons. Dr Sushil  has published numerous articles in national and international peer reviewed medical journals. He prides himself in continuing his professional development to keep up to date with the latest surgical and non-surgical techniques in  Otorhinolaryngology  (Ear Nose & Throat Surgery).

He is a member of the Academy of Medicine, Malaysia from 2005 and was duly entered into the Academy’s roll of National Specialists and awarded Certificate of Specialist Registration in Otolaryngology(ENT) by the Ministry of Health(MOH) and Ministry of Education.

His main practice is located at Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care Subang Jaya .He also is a visiting  ENT consultant at Ara Damansara Medical Centre and ParkCity Medical Centre.
